These terms are an agreement between CrewMano ("we", "us") and the business or person who signs up for Crewmano ("you"). By creating an account or using Crewmano you agree to them. If you use Crewmano for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.
What Crewmano is
Crewmano is online software for service businesses: requests, quotes, jobs, scheduling, invoices, payments, team time and customer messages. It runs at crewmano.com and in the Crewmano phone app.
Your account
- Give us true details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and the team members you invite.
- You choose who on your team can see and do what. Remove people who no longer work with you.
- You must be at least 18 to open an account.
Your data
- Everything you put into Crewmano (customers, jobs, photos, documents) stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as our Privacy policy explains.
- You're responsible for having the right to use the information you add, including your customers' details, and for telling your customers how you use them.
- You can export your data at any time from Reports → Exports.
Emails and texts you send through Crewmano
Crewmano sends emails and texts for you, such as quotes, invoices, visit reminders and replies. You agree to:
- send messages only to people you do business with, or who asked you for a quote or service;
- not use Crewmano for marketing lists, bulk email or spam;
- stop messaging anyone who asks you to.
We may pause sending for an account that causes bounces, complaints or spam reports.
Payments from your customers
Card and bank payments go through your own Stripe account, under Stripe's terms. Crewmano never holds your money. Other ways to pay (cash, check, transfers, payment links) are between you and your customer.
Plans and billing
- Solo Free is free. Paid plans and add-ons are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, at the prices on our pricing page.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Plan & billing. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and then your account moves to Solo Free. Your data is not deleted.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Founding prices are kept for as long as your plan stays active.
- If a payment fails, we'll tell you and try again. If it still isn't paid after 30 days, your account moves to Solo Free.
Fair use
Don't use Crewmano to break the law, harm others, send spam, upload harmful files, or try to get into other people's accounts or our systems. We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why when we can.
Our service
- We work to keep Crewmano running, secure and backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors.
- We keep improving Crewmano and may add, change or remove features. We'll give notice before removing something you pay for.
- Crewmano is a tool. You're responsible for your prices, your work, your taxes and what you send to your customers.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Crewmano is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Ending your account
You can stop using Crewmano at any time. Ask us at info@crewmano.com to delete your account and we'll delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (such as payment records). We may close an account that breaks these terms, after giving notice where we can.
Changes to these terms
If we make important changes we'll tell you by email or in the app before they apply. Using Crewmano after that means you accept the new terms.
